Very nice room. The hotel on the ground floor has a supermarket, a restaurant, an e-cig store and a pharmacy which was perfect. Parking is also roomy, safe, affordable and convenient.

Great location close to the university and synchrotron. Comfortable bed, large room that has AC and fridge. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and even booked a taxi for me.

I had an unexpected situation: the tap in my room wouldn’t close, and water kept running. It wasn’t draining fast enough and started to overflow from the sink. The reception team responded immediately and handled this stressful situation for everyone with great care. I was offered another room with the same amenities. I’m truly grateful to the team for their lightning-fast response in such a stressful moment!
