The safety of the accommodation and the location. I like that it was stated if the guest has visitors they are to leave by 10pm. The place is quiet, which is very conducive and feels safe for a solo woman traveller

Everything is as described. Location - is located close to the train station and the old town. Very good contact with the owner.
