Payments can be made only in PLN or by credit card. The price given in EUR may change due to exchange rate variations.If you wish to receive an invoice for your stay please add your Company full details and TAX number while making a reservation in the Special Requests box. Due to Polish tax law we can only issue invoice, if the tax number was provided at reservation process, not any time later.Hotel accepts dogs - maximum 1 dog per room, after signing the regulations. The additional cost is 70 PLN/night. Stay with a dog must be reported prior to arrival. Cats are not accepted.Please note that children accompanied with adults need to provide a valid ID/government-issued ID/passport/student ID at check-in and identify his/her relationship with the adults at check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The location is ideal very close to the Old Town, in a very quiet street. The reception team was always with a smile and very accomodative to our needs. I trully suggest others to stay in this hotel.

The hotel was in a good location just a short walk to the old town, the staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. The staff in the breakfast room were very hard working ensuring the food was replenished and fresh. There was a nice garden area with plenty of seating.

The location was very convenient - close to the Central Rail Station, shops, park, Old Town, Wawel Castle and museums. The street was quite, off the busy road. The room offered useful facilities - mini bar, coffee machine, electric kettle, iron, hairdryer. The receptionists were kind and helpful.
