The host was very friendly . Welcoming us upon arrival and constantly checking on us during the stays for 3 night . They provide us a helper to clean the house at daily basis . You can request for a chef to prepare the delicious dinner at additional charges at affordable price !! My mum , kids and mother in law are so grateful and enjoy the holiday in this villa . Great stay and definitely worthy to get a stay at the villa ! Thank you host !

Spacious villa with many separate bedrooms, so much space for everyone. Beatiful and large pool. The host is so kind and welcoming!

Perfect - we were met at the entrance and given a welcome drink and cold cloth and a full tour

The owners were extremely polite and welcoming. The villa was very well equipped and care was taken so we understood how appliances functioned. The owner provided our requested breakfast choices at a moderate charge - everything was carefully prepared and delicious. We also had local ladies in one night to cook a superb traditional Thai dinner. We recommend joining one of the yoga classes which was very professional. It was easy to get to local places using a taxi app but the gardens and pool at Baan Pinya are so relaxing there was no need to venture far away.
