Overall, it is a great price/value ratio. The place is close to the beach, spacious balconies have a beautiful sea view, the host is very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

The owners were fantastic, helpful. They gave us useful information about the area. The studio flat was clean, compact. It was a place where we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet. We had a place to park our car free of charge. It was close to the sea, but that beach isn't big. The shop is app. 5 min. Zadar is 14 min by car (Borik Beach is good for families with small children). We had no problem with the air-conditioning, wi-fi. Useful kitchen appliances are available (electric pizza pan, electric grill etc.)

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento ampio,ordinato ,pulito.Fornito con 2 televisori,elettrodomestici,lenzuola e asciugamani.Un balcone e una terrazza offrono una vista spettacolare. Spiaggetta a pochi passi e altre spiagge nelle vicinanze.Antonio,il proprietario, una persona squisita:gentile ,disponibile ,ci ha accolti spiegando ogni dettaglio fornendoci anche indicazioni preziose.Davvero una splendida vacanza.
