Very warm welcome from Vivi and Kostas, who live upstairs and nothing was ever too much trouble. They are the parents of the owner of this villa. Beautiful property with all the facilities. Spotlessly clean. We used the hot tub every single day, and the water is refreshed between guests. Stunning view. Well equipped supermarket 7 mins away which is convenient for self-catering.

Otium Residence was the perfect stay for our time in Kefalonia. It is modern, clean, very quiet, lots of privacy. We stayed in March and could heat the place perfectly. The views from the jacuzzi are just amazing. We would for sure book again.

Mrs. Vivi and Mr. Costas were very kind, helpful, and made our stay perfect. The Villa is beautifully designed with an exceptional view, especially from the Jacuzzi. The location was relatively close to peatni beach, fteri beach and lixouri.
