First of all, the host Giorgos (George) is probably one of the kindest people I have ever met. The apartment is not much but everything works (sometimes the internet connection is a bit slow, but duh, you are on an island) and the room gets cleaned daily. The location is great, it takes 3min to the closest beach, 5min to the Center of town. It is really quiet and if the neighbours are, you won’t hear anything but the AC. George is really forthcoming and will help with what he can. If you are looking for a nice little room with a great host and a good location, this is it for Koufonisia.

Staying at Hotel Dafnis was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful — exactly what you’d hope for on a Greek island. A special thank you to Giorgos, the host, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was always friendly, helpful, and truly made me feel like a guest, not just a customer. His hospitality made all the difference.
