The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

I liked the amazing view of the sunset, mountains, garden, and the early check-in. All the staff were friendly; what I liked most was that the manager was humble enough to talk to guests—asking how they could improve, offering what I needed, and even going beyond that by taking a picture of me, as I am a solo traveler. 😀 Moreover, I took a jungle trek, and it was a good experience—a replacement for the gym, a chance to enjoy nature and hike. I liked the food (you can only rely on their restaurant because I think there are none nearby). The Wi-Fi is a bit intermittent but able to manage work calls. The room is spacious. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, you can come here for a retreat experience. It would not be called Haven for no reason!🥰

The majestic sunset and the mountain view from my room was lovely. The receptionists were also very warm and friendly. The room was comfy with all the basic necessities.
