Huge space for a big family and location wise very good - away from the busy town but just a drive away. Jon, the property manager is friendly & super accomodating to our requests. Had a great family time at the pool and the beach is just a walking distance. AA Residen is always on our top list when visiting Kota Kinabalu.

Gate close on 12am…so happened that i need to go out after midnight n comeback at 1-2am…the uncle that watch over the gate will always say something about “sdh malam” “org mau tidur” so on n so forth…but i just let it be…however my stay at the homestay was delightful…and i will comeback for sure 🥰

It was a perfect experience, very close to the beach, the house is very safe, the owner speaks Chinese and the service is very good!

Clean and it's a spacious open concept living room connected with dining area, 3 bedrooms all with air-conditioning, 2 toilets, a drying area, dry and wet kitchen with basic electrical appliances like fridge, microwave, rice cooker, gas stove,washing machine. A swimming pool, plenty of parking area. Quiet & peaceful. No sound of busy roadsides. We have 10 people and it is still spacious for us.
