Just the location. Easy access to the heart of kota bharu. The facilities were not quite up to expectations. It was an OK stay which I'd rate 6 out of 10.

Great location in Kota Bharu city centre with McDonald's and some cafes on the ground floor. KB Mall is also within walking distance, though crossing the main road can be challenging. The check-in/check-out process was smooth, and sufficient pre-check-in details were provided via WhatsApp with the hosts. The WhatsApp with the hosts made communication responsive, especially regarding matters related to room fixtures. The apartment was spacious and comfortable enough for our stay. It had a beautiful city view. Parking was secure and convenient. Our kid loved YouTube, which was available on TV.
