The view is good. U can see most of the town. It is very near to Wakaf Che Yeh, juat a walking distance. U can easily get food and things around here. There are Mcdonalds, Zus coffee and many shops nearby. U are also nearby to town. Also, it is a small apartment which means easily accessible. U don't need to walk around to get to your car park or get into the house. It is a comfortable studio house type for 2-3 people.
