The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

This is kind of an old hotel but with well maintained facilities. The lift going up to the room was also a bit old. I stayed here twice. What I liked about the facilities is the room, the restaurant, the cleanliness and the shower. Though, it is located at the heart of the city. You had to walk a few distances to a 24 hour grocer. Not so many eateries are available near the place. It was quite loud during the night because of the passing by cars and motorcycles. You won't find a quality sleep when you stay here. However, if you are in a kinda sleep well person. Then, it should be no problem. For food during the night, you can order from the grab and food panda.

Generally ok. Location wise within walking distance to mosque, market, eating places. However I had a problem having a good night sleep as there are cars and motorcycles roaming the street in front of the hotel with loud engine noise and it only subsides about 4am. I am not sure if other rooms had same experience. Breakfast menu about the same except they change the type of rice

The location and their staff. Most of them ate willing to help with their generosity hospitality. They did gave us discount for breakfast fees. Thank you so much I appreciate it, may Allah blessed all of the hoteliers.
