The hotel is in a great location walking distance to the old town The room I was in 308 a lovely room with a skylight only thing the light in the bathroom was not working and it was quite dark without the light I reported it to the girl on reception who barely lifted up her head and said I know it will be fixed tomorrow next day I asked again about the light she said quite rudely she rang the man but he did not come it was a health and safety hazard having to shower and use the toilet in the dark I was there for 3 nights and the light wasn’t fixed

The hotel is in historic part of town. This makes it difficult to modernise. However, i would appreciate more instructions on facilities available in the room. For example: 1)a list of hotel services provided, I missed a breakfast 2) TV to switch from Hungarian language to a different one ( difficult as all instructions were in hungarian). 3) how to operate heating, the 'pilot' with icons was not clear to respond 4) how long to run water to get hot water

Room clean and warm. Extra long beds, nothing on the breakfast menu for vegetarian, but went the extra mile to make me fabulous breakfasts. The staff were excellent. Location perfect. Quiet and got a good night sleep. Will 100% stay here again.
