In particular the very friendly staff made my stay so nice. Always with a smile and a friendly greeting as you passed the reception area. The most friendly staff at any hotel I have ever stayed at made my stay exceptional. The room was clean, plenty of hot water in the shower beds were comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for an upper floor room and they helped us with our bags as there is no elevator. They arranged for transport to the airport, which was on time and efficient.
