Pan card is not accepted. Rights of admission reserved. Outside food and drinks not allowed.Please note that the property has mandatory gala dinner charges INR 3000 per person and INR 2500 per child (6 to 12 years) need to pay at hotel. Upon non-payment the same hotel may deny accommodation on 31st December, 18 and entire reservation amount will be forfeited.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The "bhoomi" restaurant person in charge was very friendly and always ready to help. The housekeeping staff from Medinipur, didn't get his name was very diligent in his work. The bar guy was attentive, efficient. Finally,the go cart guy who gave us a tour of the property.

I liked greenery their clean pool and Villa of 2 bedrooms.i Like indoor games.staff behaviour was really good.

The hotel in general was a nice place to stay, clean with a really tasty breakfast. Rooms were clean and cosy with comfortable beds.
