The fine print
Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving Licence, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.When booking more than 5 rooms , the same will be considered as group booking and the Hotels Terms and Conditions for the group booking will apply.Breakfast for children above the age of 5 years will be on additional charges. The same is not included in the room rate .We regret to inform you that the Club Lounge at Taj Bengal is currently undergoing renovation. As a result, the lounge will be temporarily closed until further notice. However, we have made alternative arrangements for our guests to avail themselves of the Taj Club facilities at suitable venue during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The staff were exceptional, would especially mention Vishnu (Chinese restaurant), Naim (coffee shop), Nigam and Wahid (front desk), Ashok and Anand (housekeeping), Bimal (travel/concierge). They along with the rest made it very easy for my parents who needed wheelchair mobility by giving us the use of the hotel wheelchair. It was because of their willing help that our trip was memorable! Big thank you!

The concierge was extremely helpful and sorted out an excellent city guide for us. The staff in the refreshment area near the lobby were also very attentive and brought us delicious refreshments.
