The location The equipment (yet with non material possible improvements - scissors, wood spoon, a plain /simple coffee machine… just details) The place to safely store the bikes This tiny house is just so welcoming

The location was great for hiking and biking. Good walk through the dunes to the sea. The house was well equipped for a family with (younger) children, although electricity sockets and stairs were not protected. Lots of nice toys. Kitchen well equipped, waste sorting possible and promoted. Beds were good. In summer it will be hot upstairs. Bathroom is downstairs and huge, nicely done. Renovation well done, however, some details were not taken care of or ugly corners covered by a photo frame, etc.

- The house was lovely - Great for kids with lots of toys (indoor and outdoor) & cute room - Kids rooms could be completely black-out, which was thought was fantastic! - Lovely garden - Quiet location but still very close to other things like restaurants and seaside
