Perfect location with a beautiful view! We woke up to the sound of waves every day.. The room was super clean. Despina and Yiannis are were very hospitable and kind. This place feels like home :)

Everything was perfect!! The owner is very nice and caring!! The location of the house was the best in Kokkari!! Definitely recommend it!! If we go to Kokkari again, i would definitely stay there!! Thank for everything Despina!! 🙏🏻🥰

I had a wonderful stay at Despina Studios! The location is unbeatable—right on the waterfront in the heart of Kokkari, with restaurants, cafés, and beaches just steps away. My room was sparkling clean, well-equipped with a kitchenette, and had the most beautiful sea view from the balcony. Despina is incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere is peaceful and authentic—perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy true Greek island charm. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, or anyone wanting a quiet, comfortable base to explore Samos. I would definitely come back!
