Great centrally located hotel, spotless clean and staff is amazing! Would def Stay again! Loved everything, except for the breakfast (it’s a set menu which can’t be adjusted to vegetarian diet).

Clean, decent location (although if walking with luggage from Shin-Kobe or Sannomiya, a little hilly with the bus being the only public transport). Right next to a 24 hr coin laundry (hotel washer/driers were not good and seem to be the same at most Japanese hotels).
