Location, nature, privacy, own garden. The village 5 minutes away is pretty and offers lots of eating out options, nearby waterfall. Bathrooms are nicely renovated. Spacious kitchen and living room downstairs. Washing machine, dishwasher.

Nice, large house located in quiet village on 2 km driving from Kobarid (easy by car, bike or even foot). A spacious house with a private garden. ideal for traveling with a dog.

We recently stayed at this accommodation. The location is good and the house matched the photos. The garden is well-maintained and the beds are comfortable. However, what stood out were the four bicycles available for free use. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The house is fully renovated, is has two big bathroom, the beds are extreme comfortable, you have a plenty of space for a big 8-10 person group. You can parking 3 cars it have a big garten and nice view over the mountains. The house also have 4 new bike, which can be used for free! Really nice! The personal meeting and conversation was at the end already very kind and helpful. But before...? Check out was smooth.
