The fine print
Resort Announcement:-We will be the temporary closure of our main swimming pool from 25th May to 30th June 2025 for essential maintenance.All other facilities remain open, and guests can enjoy our alternative pools at Capri and The Pool Club. Complimentary soft drinks will be served daily from 14:00 to 17:00 hrs at Capri throughout the maintenance period.
-Please note that payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.-Please be informed that during bad weather conditions and due to the fact that the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a good and stable internet connection.-Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. Credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in.-As a gesture of appreciation for your continued support, we will also provide extra shuttle services between the resort, Mae Haad Pier, and Sairee Beach throughout the renovation period.-Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Excellent location on shark bay to see fish, turtles, sharks when snorkelling straight from the beach. Friendly staff. Good size pools and outdoor showers for after the beach. Beach houses were nicely finished in dark wood, felt luxurious, with mosquito net attractively draped over the bed, and plenty of space in them. Gardens are well maintained and attractive. The free kayaks and paddle boards were great.

The most beautiful resort we have ever stayed at, the views and beach are so amazing and everything is so picturesque especially the pool. The breakfast was perfect every morning.

The resort was outstandingly beautiful and special. Loved the pools which were always maintained perfectly and the beach was one of the most beautiful on Ko Tao. We even saw a giant sea turtle snorkeling.
