Overall, the villa and what we experienced was convincing. What was good to very good: cleanlyness, neighbourhood, view, pool, chairs, towels, size of bedrooms, shower, toilet, kitchen and equipment. To reach the villa, a scooter does the trick, but also the local taxi app worked perfect! (reference for address: the Orthodox Church adjacent to the villa). In comparison to other villas with seaview, the road/access to the villa is not so crazy steep, that you basically need a 4x4 or climbing gear to reach it - albeit for long vans, the very last stretch of 50m is not doable. The fotos are genuine. I would even say, reality beats them.

Fantastic and responsive service from building managers, Beautiful villa with fantastic ocean views, Clean with large functional kitchen, Large bedrooms, comfy beds. Fast internet, Large pool.

We had a lovely stay for a week at Villa Maveila. It was clean and had everything we needed. The private pool with a view was amazing. It’s a short work to Lamai beach and we had no problem getting around with Grab taxi’s when needed however we needed to use the church address for them. It is a short walk up a mild hill from the main road, however this did not bother us at all. Pat the host was excellent and the communication was easy via WhatsApp. Some good little eateries and coffee close by.
