Location was great, the perfect distance from the main area but close enough. The beach was literally on my doorstep. Nice quite area...would return if I go back to Koh Samet...simple room with everything I needed.

Everything Mark and Minnie were first class hosts , had its own private beach food was excellent and very reasonably priced definitely recommend Minnie Seaview as it is on the quieter part of the island and nor commercialised like the main beach area . can’t wait to come back here later in the year 👍

Everything about Minnie sea view was brilliant Mark and Minnie were perfect hosts nothing was to much trouble for them everything was so good we are booked to go in 2 weeks with its own private little beach and is well away from the very busy commercialised beaches we would like to to thank Mark and Minnie for their superb hospitality 🤗🤗
