Comfortable stay with double bed upstairs and 2 single beds with mosquito nets downstairs. Close to the beach, and 10 minute walk on the beach to reach Walking street. They also have a friendly contact of Captain Jack who can arrange camping or fishing trips for a reasonable price, followed by a BBQ of fish on the beach. We didn't eat there though. Cleaning was done daily. Plastic beach toys for the kids were much appreciated. Filtered water is provided to top up at the main office which was helpful. Small fridge in the room with a kettle, coffee and sugar provided.

The Location ..A Must. We could not have been closer to the beach. Not really suitable for little children but everyone else .

We chose Forra because we wanted a tropical bungalow hut experience and it delivers on this. It is a very informal, small resort on the west end of Pattaya Beach. The pictures of the accommodation and description of the views are very accurate. The bungalows are in a shady strip of land with direct access to Pattaya beach. Only one room has uninterrupted views of the beach. We stayed in a two bed bungalow with the second bed on a mezzanine floor. This was good for our family of four with two pre-teens. They found the ladder easy to climb. Smaller children may struggle as it was steep. We enjoyed the quiet location, which was still close to plenty of places to eat and a 10 minute walk from Walking Street. It also doesn't take long at all to walk to Sunrise and Sunset Beach. The collection of sarongs for guests' use is a nice touch.

Koh Lipe is beautiful and this is a good place to stay. The French girl at the reception is really kind!
