The view from the apartment, the tidiness inside, that it has useful guides for parking, city and restaurants and the guitars displayed on the wall along with a manual to teach you to play the ukulele.

A friendly owner. You’ve got everything you need in this studio. Nicely decorated with many materials at your disposal. You like cooking you’ve got everything you need & more even tapas grill etc... A separate toilet. A big shower. A terrace with a beautiful view on the lake Many extras for you to use during your stay where you might enjoy playing music, going for a swim inside at the swimming pool or outside at the lake , enjoying some walk or biking or just taking the coast tramway... One bedroom with bunk beds those are really comfortable for children’s and adults. You’ve got 2 persons armchair bed this one is all right but the bunk beds are comfortable. Close from everything park area, sport area, beach side,shops, tennis terrain, paddle,waterski, water surfing , tramway, train.... Price-Quality is a must. Enjoy your stay

The landlord was very kind and nice to talk to, we had everything we needed in the appartement and even more (paddle board to use on the lake, coffee, Netflix…).
