Clear and easy-to-follow instructions before the journey. Great view from the balcony. Hospitality. Parking. Playground for kids in the yard. The University is at a 1-minute walk.

A little bit far from the city centre (close to the bus stop, however), but really close to the lake. Quiet neighbourhood. Quite close to SPAR and LaBotega (a really nice Italian restaurant - recommend it!)

Comfortable, Quiet and clean. The balcony is huge for easy relaxation. Close to the lake, and university.
