The facilities here were very limited. There was a vending machine in the entrance area. I wouldn't class this accommodation as a hotel. The room was very small. The separate toilet/ shower & sink were clean. The sink was small. We did see a member of staff, the lady said hello.

It could use a personal touch, and some kind of breakfast facility, especially coffee

Excellent location, just opposite the Klagenfurt Cathedral (Domkirche), close to the coffee shops, buses and the train station. A lovely, clean place; the checkin went smoothly with a key left in a key locker. Called the reception from the entrance as there was a confusion about my room number and everything was sorted out within a minute! Bathroom was great, lovely soaps, shampoos and towels. Absolutely loved it!
