Apartment 202 in Klagenfurt was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The location was excellent—close to the city center but still quiet. Check-in was smooth, and the host was helpful. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment was nice but no tv. They advertise as having a tv, this was important to us as we sit in at the evening. We complained but this was not resolved, no attempt to do so. Also we were left stood outside on arrival. We were told we could check in at 15:00 but they did not arrive until 17:40. On leaving, we were not given any instructions on where to leave the key so had to leave it in the apartment meaning this was left open. Not much in the kitchen, no scissors, no chopping board, very basic kitchen utensils. No instructions on how to use the appliances. The apartment is spacious and clean. Very pleasant and near town. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance (10 minutes) Ensure the things you advertise are in the property to make this more acceptable then people will enjoy their stay. There is also no iron which was a shame as quite important to people travelling.

Location is excellent. Very quiet yet just a 5 minute walk to the centre. In an apartment block though you would not know that as all of the neighbours were very quiet and respectful. No allocated parking but we always found a free parking spot off the road directly in front of the apartment. In addition the location allows for easy access to the lake by car.
