Excellent villa. In a quiet, peaceful area. Nearby is everything you need for a calm, measured holiday. Shops, restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. Fully equipped villa. Great pool. Excellent barbecue area with a gazebo. Everything was great. Hospitable reception. We were presented with 2 bottles of wine upon arrival. Thanks to the owners for a great holiday. We highly recommend this villa!

Kiveri Garden Villa is an amazing place. There is everything you need, it feels like home from home. Andreas and Georgia are amazing and very friendly hosts. It has a beautiful, maintained garden, with a quite large pool and one end was deep, which we liked as kids could jump in. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, are spacious, and comfortable. One of the bedrooms is accessed from outside the villa, but it has its bathroom. There are 2 main bathrooms in the villa itself. It was 7 of us and it felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There is a shaded terrace with a big table where we have enjoyed breakfasts and further smaller terrace in front of the house, featuring a table and chairs, plus a balcony from one of the bedrooms. Kiveri Village is a very nice place, with 3 local shops, an amazing bakery, and cafes. It also has plenty of restaurants to enjoy. People are very friendly in Kiveri, which made us feel very welcome.

The host waited for us at the agreed time and explained to us everything.. The house was in perfect conditions and everything was ok.
