It was very clean with lots of thoughtful and useful touches from soap to kitchen stapes such as flour, oils and salt and pepper and much more. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfy. There was drying rack for ski boots. Two showers and a bath were much appreciated. Monika was extremely welcoming and helpful with a welcome bottle of wine too. It was only a 10 min drive to nearest ski lift with free parking there. The house was lovely and warm.

If you miss the sight of a starry sky, and want to see green hills, looking for peace and quiet to hear only cow bells, this is the place for you. The house is charming and very spacious, a huge living room that encourages family activities. You should have a perfect vacation! Monica has thought of everything. We left the house to see deer in the nature park. We found a hiking trail right out the door that leads to a great lake. We visited Hexenwasser. Highly recommended!

The location is amazing. Amazing view over the mountains but still close to the Skiliftkarussell and Kirchberg and Kitzbühel.

The apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults, 4 kids) ski vacation - spacious and clean rooms, well equipped kitchen, convenient parking, rack to dry ski boots, complete privacy, and wifi. Monika, the host, was super nice, accommodating to our very late arrival, quick to answer our questions, and helped with everything that we needed. We stayed for 8 days and went skiing every day - the Hahnenkammbahn ski lift was less than 10 minutes away by car. The kitchen is well stocked to cook any meal (although we went to town every night to try Tyrolean cuisine and only used it for breakfast). We would (and will) stay here again!
