Fantastic place to conquer the Batur volcano. Beautiful views and peace. The staff is a group of young, always smiling people who are happy to help. We especially remember Kamala (?), if we wrote the name correctly, He is a great guide for the expedition to the sunrise from the top of the Batur volcano, and the chef of kitchen to. The cottages are comfortable, with all the basic necessities. Beautiful view from the terrace of the lake and mountains. Great swimming pool. If you like trekking, unforgettable views and do not miss life in discos and pubs - we highly recommend it..

The view from the yard is breathtaking, the gazebo where you can eat and the hot springs were amazing. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. They also pick you up from the city so you don't have to worry about getting back to your hotel after dark.

1.Spectacular views. 2. Amazing hot spring pool. 3. Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. 4. Nibbles menu - spring rolls and nasi Goreng was delicious. 5. Free transport to outside restaurants 6. Tour arranged for Mt Butar climb. 7. Well maintained gardens. 8. Manager Wayan was kind, friendly and accommodating. 9. Very quiet area. 10. Excellent wi-fi 11. Breakfast was suitable.
