Location was amazing. The veranda/patio was the highlight. Parking for car on the property. Washing Machine.

We had a really great stay at the vila. Top location on first line, the beach is just few steps away from the house. Close to all restaurants, bus stop and about 10 minutes from the beautiful Ermoupoli via car. Big yard with parking lot and outside shower as a bonus I really appreciated. The house itself is cosy and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. Be aware - if you you are used to hotels and like modern, minimalistic designs this accommodation might not be your place. It looks and feels like a traditional old home. Sufficient and quick communication with the owner.

We really enjoyed staying at this house as it is in such a perfect location just off the beach and the owner was very friendly. We loved being able to walk onto the beach, have a swim and then shower back at the house. When we weren't swimming, we spent most of our time either on the lovely terrace at the front of the house or up on the roof terrace. Everything was fine in the house and the air conditioning worked well. I would definitely recommend this property as it exceeded our expectations.

This is an old family house (built 1961) literally across the road from the beach. The position could not be better. There are restaurants along the waterfront to left and right. The village has a small supermarket plus a shop where you can buy fresh pastries and bread. There is a big terrace in front of the house and a roof terrace with loungers and umbrellas. The property has a big garden with plenty of shade trees. Iannis, the owner, has a little hut at the back of the property if you need him. He speaks good English and it is very much worth your while to chat with him. He is a retired music teacher who now devotes himself to composing classical music. Kini has a lot of cats. There is a scheme for feeding the cats so they all look plump and contented and don't pester you when you are eating! There are plenty of walks in the hills. Everybody you meet has a friendly word.
