Fantastic staff very friendly and accommodating. The price is very reasonable, especially for two of us sharing a room. It was run by men but as 3 female travellers we felt very comfortable with them and they were very nice to us. Breakfast was included which was a bonus for us especially with the price. Each room had its own basic toilet and shower. The beds were clean and we were provided with fresh towels and our bins were emptied every other day which was plenty for us. We had a plug-in fan in the room and tea/coffee making facilities. We were next door to the kitchen which was great for us due to my mobility issues. I can't speak highly enough of all the staff they were all very helpful and kind and made us feel comfortable I would stay there again. We had gone to Wimbledon for 6 nights and 7 days. There were plenty of local shops, restaurants and takeaways and all the staff in those places were lovely and friendly too.

The staff were lovely. Very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. It's an older building and budget, so there was obviously no air conditioning, but a fan had been provided for the hot weather. The bed was comfortable enough for the price and the sheets were freshly laundered, although had seen better days. Very convenient location for an event in Central Kingston and and exceptionally good price, which included breakfast. Breakfast was perfectly decent, staff cook the food fresh for you. Standard full English fare, or toast and cereals. Again, staff were super friendly and attentive, it's clear that they want to provide good service to their guests.

The price was very reasonable considering Wimbledon tennis was on , the bedding was clean & travelling solo I felt safe

It is close to New Malden station and most restaurants. Do not expect novelty, shampoo, iron or hair drier. Pure basic facilities in a tired building.
