The reception staff was very helpful. Receptionist John kindly lent me his a phone charger which I was really grateful for. The gym was nice. Amazing bathroom in the room. Good air conditioning.

The property had free parking. The room is good size and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Good base for accessing Hampton Court, Kingston, Surbiton and Thames Ditton. Free car parking which was a real bonus. Pleasant staff. Good value for money considering its position.
