The apartment, situated away from the city center, was nonetheless encircled by convenience stores, eateries, and supermarkets. The proximity of the docks and riverfront provided opportunities for enjoyable walks. Although the neighborhood did not meet our expectations, the interior was clean and roomy, accommodating myself and my two children comfortably, complete with practical amenities. We enjoyed the self-catering aspect. However, the limited and unkempt outdoor area was a drawback. Despite the absence of a television and a second bathroom, the apartment still represented good value for money. The apartment also featured ample free on-street parking, which was necessary for our commutes to the University and city center, both of which offer numerous affordable parking options.
