Comfortable house, well located with easy walk into Kingscote, across path to beach & central for drives to tourist attractions. Good facilities (kitchen & laundry appliances). In warmer weather has great outside deck with seating, bbq, and a big screen TV. Owner very helpful

Large spacious house with plenty of room in great location. Enjoyed the resident kaola. Large back area ideal for family groups. Lots of extras included.

The location and bed was good and the verandah out the back was nice. The couch outside was very dirty and the cooking trays not clean. dust on bottom of some furniture

Very comfortable and well equipped. Great position for walks along beach. Bird life was wonderful and an added bonus of koalas in tree adjoining property.
