After seeing a few of the previous moans from others, we found that these itemised complaints had been rectified and all was sweet. Absolute brilliant location and only a stones throw from one of the nicest beaches we have been to. I can't comment on the staff as I didn't see any the whole time we were there, which was fine as we had full instructions on how to enter, what to expect and there were other little hinters about the building. Due to the beaming sunshine we were blessed with we never attempted to use the hot water for the shower, didn't see the point, so again cannot comment on this. We had a couple of dogs with us and the cottage was well acquainted to cater for this aswel as a large green area for morning and evening exercise. Hope Cove was a lovely place, not much in the ways of iminities but cosy little shop for essentials and lovely dining establishments for eating out with gorgeous views of the inner and outer coves. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a short break to look up Thornlea Mews for accomodation, I'm sure they can cater for anyone's needs.

Great location - short walk to Hope Cove beches and facilities, Well eqivitted kitchen/dining/livingroom, with comfotable sofas. Equiment and room were all cleann and with appliaces/fittings in good codition.

The position was really convenient for walking to the cove, ideal for walking the dog.

Location was great just a five minute walk from the beach . The apartment was bigger than we expected . Had everything we needed for cooking our own meals etc …although we didn’t cook much as the local pub was so good. The bed was comfy and so we’re the sofas. Local area has lots to see and great walks are right on the doorstep. The pubs were great (amazing sun terrace at the cove ) and the local shop was useful for essentials in arrival . Hope cove is beautiful as was Dartmouth , salcombe,burgh island etc. We will definitely go back .
