Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in and must be staying at the property. Additional Note:
The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional set up fee.

Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a fine for smoking in the house.
Up to two dogs will be considered. A pet fee would apply.
The garage space houses a separate apartment that the owners use occasionally. The garage is separate from the main house and not available to guests. No amenities or common space is sharedGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
