Staff are so friendly and professional, with little touches that make it feel more personable than in other hotels, e.g., we went into the town and on returning a staff member just passing by said Welcome Back. Another staff member saw my son had a water bottle and suggested he top it up using the water font at the front door. The rooms are stunning! I loved every aspect of the rooms: the beautiful bath, tiling, side tables - it was like stepping into a Poirot drama! There were petit fours in our room and a little box of two truffles in our kids' room. The hotel itself is a beautiful building. There were fresh flowers each day in the lobby. Breakfast was lovely. I can't say enough good things about it! It's very close to the centre of Killarney.

Friendly professional staff, very clean bedroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was first class, as were the morning staff lead by Kathleen. Would recommend and stay again.
