Nice and clean kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, etc. All three facilities needed are provided. The host is easy to reach and kind, usually very quick to respond.

13 the Park is a Chalet that is very comfortable and well appointed for solo or family holiday. The host are very approachable and will give what ever help/advise is needed. At the end of my stay I was Hospitalised and needed to over stay my allotted time. I would recommend staying at 13 The Park.

We often stay at Penstowe as the oh fishes at Tamar lakes regularly, so the position of the park is great for him, and I can get everywhere I want to go easily. The property has been decorated to a lovely standard.It was very clean and comfortable . It had everything you could possibly need for your stay . The beds were comfy. Nice peaceful position in the park. Great WiFi connection. Good communication with property owners .
