Very friendly staff. The room was big and clean. The driver picked us up from airport for free. Good air condition!

The room was huge with a balcony, and it felt very relaxing to be there. Aircon was greatly appreciated. The evening meals were very good and reasonable, and the breakfast was fantastic (especially the barista coffees). Seems like many people just come for the meals. Place was very clean. Shuttle from/to the airport could have fitted both our bicycles and luggage, and would have cost US$20 if we had needed it. The location was close enough to the CBD and we actually walked to the grocery stores a couple of times. Wifi was also very good.

Everything was perfect - the room and especially the staff. We spent 4 nights at the hotel. We had a very busy program - check in at night, check out at night, early activities during the whole period and they supported us with everything, including providing us with breakfast at 4 AM every day. The location was also perfect. Thanks a lot!
