The staff at the Hotel are extremely nice, and breakfast is fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options. Location is perfect, quiet but close to restaurants, pubs and coffee shops.

The hotel is a little tired but the location is great and it was exactly what we needed for our stay in Kigali. Many people also seem to use the hotel as a longer term base for work, which was interesting to see! Breakfast is nice, although slightly slow, and it was helpful to have access to the kitchen too.

The staff were amazing and friendly and worked so hard to make me comfortable. A very cool bright pink toilet. A perfect location. I loved the space to have breakfast and sit and chill. This place was great value for money. Was very happy.
