The hotel was placed in the center of the city, the staff was very friendly, I felt like being at home. They really cared about my wellbeing. The room was nice, the bed comfy and especially the sheets and blankets were so lovely and high quality that it was a challenge to leave the bed in the morning. But the breakfast and beautiful Kyiv are worth getting up!

Great Location and a charming hotel with great rooms! Staff super super helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Next time we come to Kyiv we will be staying here and THANK you all so much for making us feel welcome : O )

You can hear sirens well, but they are luckily not in the room like in some other hotels in Ukraine now. Staff is brilliant. Location is handy for lovely evening walks. There is a parking place.
