Staff were lovely. Really helped me out alot. Let me geep my bags there while I visited Kyiv the day. I book a double private room. It was lovely with TV comfy bed nice shower. Definitely recommend.

The host of super friendly, she helped us in every possible way, and listen to all our troubles that we faced. She was great throughout the period of our stay.. Even the mattress was comfortable to sleep on and the utilities provided in the kitchen and the shower and washroom area was also kept clean 24 x 7..
