Be aware, apartments located not in the same building with Reception, but in walking distance (10-15 minutes by feet).
Check-in is at 19 Baseina Street, from 14:00 to 23:00.
Check-out till 12:00 (no need to visit Reception).
Guests with the age under 21 should pay deposit (equal to 1 night of staying or 2000 UAH) that will be returned at the check-out date, if there will be no damages at the apartment.
No pets allowed.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The apartment was surprisingly stylish, spotlessly clean, and well equipped for routine needs, which added to the comfort and atmosphere of my stay. And of course, the location is the biggest advantage!
