Staff ultra friendly and ready to help. Reception is open 24 hr, after midnight ask security guards to call receptionist in case you need them. They are ready to help. Location is superb! There is a huge, gorgeous and cultural park full of coffee shops and music and walking lanes 1km away. Walking distance. Metro 1km also (Green line), very practical to go to City Center, only 7 stops, beds ultra comfortable.
