I spent two nights at Spa Shallum, where I felt most welcome! The manager, Faustin, was incredibly kind and helpful, he helped me planned my activities and even my return trip to Kigali! The place is charming, with a view on the lake and spotless. Breakfast was also really good. Many thanks!

The location was good, in front of the lake. WIFI dropped in and out a bit, but you could easily message them, and they had reset it. There was an issue with the sink in our original room but they swapped us to another room without any hassle. Decent breakfast. There was secured parking on the property.
