The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancellation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancellation fee. Please note that check-in on Saturdays and Jewish holidays is only available after 20:00.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

That is has a private beach to the Kinereth. The pool is also nice and the room was clean.

We stayed four nights in three of the Village rooms. These are pleasant and spacious even with the sofa bed made up for our son. It's a bit of a walk from the pool and main hotel area where breakfast is. The gardens are a little run down around the village rooms, but the rooms themselves are clean and pleasant. The included buffet breakfasts are in the hotel dining room which is very popular with large tourist groups, so they are often quite busy - but the variety is fantastic.

Exellent place with lake and pool. diner and breakfast were great. A view of a lake and mountains that includes the Galilee and the Golan. near the holy places Jesus lived.
