Had a working lift as room was on 5th floor. Large room ( but not updated in years) . Good size bathroom with walk in shower. Large car park. Nice restaurant and good breakfast in the morning. Didn't book with breakfast but good value at 120 baht. Hired a kettle from reception ( a 100 baht deposit refunded on return of kettle. )

Considering the price, the hotel was a real bargain. It is also very close to the lake, so definitely great if you have business in that area but very far from the university. The room was spacious, although a bit outdated. The bed was comfy, staff was friendly, breakfast quite sufficient. The area is safe and with a few different options for dining, there's also a 7-Eleven very close to the hotel.
