A grand old imperial Chinese directed hotel. Quite a lady. Staff good and kind. Room service excellent cooking. A great relaxed stay. Got a free upgrade to Execuitive Suite and it was very nice.

The building was nice and well maintained throughout, the staff were all very helpful and the room was very nice also that I was upgraded due to an issue. Shows they fix problems with care and respect. Its also well located in Khon Kaenfor food markets and its easy to get around to the many beautiful temples Khon Kaen boasts. Central shopping is a short walk away. Everything you need and more right at the doorsteps of this lovely hotel.

Location exellent and room normally clean and comfy, but this time room was unclean and toilet seat was dropping water so floor was all the time wet.
